Pricing/Payment
Prices subject to change without notice. All sale items are final.
Opening order minimum is $250 and must be prepaid. Reorder minimum is $150. To apply for Net 30 terms, credit reference must be provided. A valid credit card is required for first orders and must be maintained on file.
All orders will be charged at the time of shipment.
Process/Materials
The quality of our stationery products is important to us. Due to the nature of the letterpress printing, there may be variations between individual pieces including ink color, saturation, impression, and registration. All inks are mixed by hand. The catalog shows an approximation of ink colors and may not match the finished product perfectly. Each card is inspected before it is shipped to ensure that it meets our standard for quality.
All products are printed in North America. All letterpress, vegan leather, dyed canvas, and denim items are made in the USA.
Sets are not meant to be broken up and sold individually, including stationery and beverage items.
Orders
Orders can be placed online or submitted via email. Due to the size of our staff, we do not accept orders over the phone at this time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Kaufman, Texas. Most items will be ready to ship 1-2 weeks following order submission. There are some items that are not available to ship for 3-5 weeks. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground. If you need an order expedited, please let us know your desired time frame and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request! orders@talkingoutofturn.com. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
FedEx Ground does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Backorders
Backordered items will ship separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost, via FedEx Ground. You will receive a notification if any item in your order is on backorder. Please contact us if you would prefer your order to ship fully once the backordered item is restocked.
Returns & Exchanges

Please be sure to inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 15 days of receipt and returned within 30 days for a replacement or credit less shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Defective or damaged returns will not be accepted without the following form: Return form. A restocking fee of $25 may apply. Handle your items with care. Orders with damages due to poor handling will not be eligible for return.
Credits are issued at the end of each week. A credit will not be issued until after the return report and returned items have been received. Please allow 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you have any further questions about cancellations, please contact us at orders@talkingoutofturn.com and include your order number.
